Cheese is what Wisconsin is here to do. Our ancestors were master cheesemakers from places like Switzerland, Germany and Italy. Cheesemaking expertise was one of the few things they brought with them. They chose Wisconsin because the soil and water provided the perfect conditions for doing what they’d been doing for centuries. Wisconsin is one of those places that does one thing better than anyone else anywhere.
